Imoya Projects (hereinafter we), with company number BE 0556.637.963 and registered office at Eikelenbergstraat 20, 1700 Dilbeek, Belgium, assures you of the confidential processing of the data you provide to us via the website. We take your privacy seriously. We process the personal data obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data and all subsequent amendments and additions, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (also referred to as GDPR) of 27 April 2016. Personal data: Any information about an identified or identifiable living legal human entity.

Website: The website hosted under www.deheerenhuizen.be

If you only take a look at our website, no personal data will be processed. If, on the other hand, you make interactive use of the website (by subscribing to the newsletters, by completing the contact form, leaving a comment, writing a review, etc), the data entered by you will be processed by us. More specifically, this concerns your surname, first name, address, telephone and e-mail address. By providing your personal data, you declare that you unconditionally agree to the processing of the personal data provided by you, insofar as it is necessary.

6. Purposes and basis of processing

The controller processes the personal data obtained via the website for one of the following purposes:

· execution of administration based on concluded agreement

· newsletters, advertising, etc, based on explicit consent

7. Recipients or categories of recipients of the data

The processed personal data may be communicated to the following recipients depending on the purposes of the processing:

We do not process more data than is necessary for realising the various purposes included in Article 6 of this privacy statement.

The data will be kept for no longer than the period necessary to provide you with an optimal service, as well as any after-sales/delivery service.

The maximum term is 7 years.

The reason for this retention period is the performance of the contract and the mutual relevance of files/quotations/contracts for each party, normal replacement cycle of goods and services sold.

In principle, we do not make decisions if the decision-making is done automatically, whereby a certain computer program or technical device comes to a certain decision. If this were to happen, no binding agreement could arise from this without the explicit approval of the user.
